The answer is: If Congress lets him and when has Congress stood up to Obama...EVER! I have a few questions about this.
- Will there be background checks to make sure no criminals or mentally ill terrorists get weapons?
- Will they be given assault weapons?
- How come it's okay to give terrorists guns, but American citizens can't be trusted with them?
- What ever happened to the peace president?
